Create a system update for software that installs the subroutine on those devices.
Install altered software on a proxy update server.
Update selected vote tally machines.
Identify a billionaire with a satellite internet company and offer him $26 Billion in profit to endorse your candidate of choice
Have that billionaire start a lottery to give a million dollars per day to voters in swing states if they enter their names and addresses into a database on his servers.
Compile that list of swing voters and cross reference it against publically available voter registration rolls.
Monitor voter submissions and subtract those names from your list of swing voters
Generate bullet ballots which vote only for your candidate of choice
Submit those bullet ballots into vote tally machines until tally passes recount minimum requirements.
